The Montenegrin IT cluster was presented to S&T Montenegro, director Milan Marić and Winsoft, director Predrag Bulajić, who presented the use of advanced technologies in analysis, mapping and monitoring in the development of spatial planning documents, as well as the obligation to connect institutions with original registries when creating new Register.
Bearing in mind that Montenegro, as a superficially small country, with small towns, is suitable for making digital maps and urban plans, the use of ICT of modern technologies can help to avoid the most common mistakes or abuses during urbanization.


The accuracy and connection of data, in all dimensions, is the basis for the development of quality plans, and then the construction based on them and appropriate urbanization. The state has a crucial role to create a mechanically accessible, usable and open treasury of knowledge, data and information all aspects of the living and working environment and the changes that take place in them.
